Hi guys! I thought I'd share with you a new recipe I tried out this week. Now trust me I definitely don't go home and spend hours in the kitchen every night but occasionally I like to make something quick and easy for dinner. This is the kind of recipe for a mom or someone who just wants to whip something up and put it on the table. It's not a boring dinner and it's packed full of flavor.
Matcha has become the latest addition to my day. Typically coffee and I have a great bond, but since I've been trying to cut back on it, I've started switching over to matcha. At first, I thought it was just a fad or just "another green juice", then after reading about so many health benefits I wanted to try it out. Who knows, maybe it is just another fad, but it's definitely one I stand with!
Hi guys! This post is just for the girls, especially the ones who LOVE hosting girls nights. I feel like every woman in the world needs to have few girlfriends and go out for a night on the town. OH and throw in a face mask and some cocktails!
Hi guys! I know we've all woken up feeling gross, no energy, and super bloated. For me, most of these kinda of mornings are when I drank just a little too much the night before. Today was just one of those mornings, so I decided to sit down and share my tips. I have a few secrets for feeling 1000 times better the next morning and this is just one of them. Detox water is so good for you because it helps flush out all the toxins and "bad" food or drinks from the day or week before. I'm going to show you guys 4 of my favorite detox waters, all with yummy fruits and things to spice up your mornings! *Disclaimer: I am not a dietitian, this is just what works for ME, and if you're allergic to any of these please find alternatives that work for you.*
